We had an average pizza slice and a good Greek salad but both the ice tea and soda was thin and watery

Pizza pronto is a nice fast food place located in they middle of La Jolla. Personally I like their kebabs which comes with a grilled tomato and saffron rice. Their pasta and sandwiches are good too. They also offer delivery for the local area. Definitely fry it if you are nearby

Pizza Pronto is adjacent to a few other restaurants and they have a shared outdoor patio area, so it worked perfectly for my eclectic family which includes a Gluten intolerant, vegan and vegetarian eater. Each person found something at different restaurants and we met in the middle. I ended up trying the Caprese sandwich at Pizza Pronto. I was really... More

The pizza parlor uses a cashier to place your order with and then you find your own seat in this tiny place. Don't let the size of the place discourage you. Yes, there are only 5 table areas and a counter to eat at, but there is a self service beverage bar and places to eat out the deck area.... More

We needed to find a place to make us a pizza with a sauce without onions or garlic. Initially this place was unable to do that but they called us back and said that they could. The pizza was wonderful. I would go back here all the time if I lived in La Jolla.

Had seen it mentioned as the place to get pizza in La Jolla while reading a negative review about a pizza place right next to our hotel. On night on the way back to our hotel we decided to stop in and order a pizza for dinner. I'm glad we did. The food was very good, the service top notch.... More

With a name like pizza pronto, you would not think about ordering a kabob, but I think their kabob is their best fish. You get chicken, minced beef kabob with roasted tomato. It comes with saffron rice. They pizza are good too but their kabobs are better

My daughter bought me a salad the other night and I was pleasantly surprised,it was terrific. All kinds of goodies in it besides just a lettuce wedge. Quite impressed as it sounds mainly like a pizza place. Will definitely try other items.

The pizza is very good and you could get three varieties of crust, including extra thin. Their salad was extra fresh and good. What I loved about this place was that when I ordered the salad I forgot to ask them to hold the blue cheese on my spouse's salad, so when it came they noted her displeasure. They apoligized... This review is a little past due. We were visiting La Jolla late last August when a blackout left the village (and everything between Uma, AZ and Tiajuana) in chaos. All the restaurants closed up, CVS, closed, Jonathon's and Von's closed. Pronto had a line out the door and was cooking as long as it was light. We got two... More
