The food is grate. You can eat there I always buy to take to the beach or the park. Grate sandwiches made to your taste, great ingredients. Beef stew, duck roasted chicken, vegetables grate soups and salads. Cookies and deserts are some good. The owners are always there. Totally recomende.

We had a lunch here after seeing the food in the window at around 11.30am. After seeing the seals and getting frozen we headed back to sample the comfort food we had seen. Long queue out into the street! We waited and ordered a chicken pot pie and a shepherds pie. The sides were an odd choice, fruit salad or... More

The BLT had a good amount of tasty bacon but the bread wasn't toasted!! That is a standard expectation. For a bakery, the 8 grain bread was soft and smushy and not much different than a commercial loaf. Since i was looking for a good pastry it was disappointing to see mostly cookies or whole cakes.

Little bistrot at street level at downtown La Jolla great place for a quick breakfast and lunch or an esspreso with one of their original cookies creations. Try their signature sandwiches or one of their quiches with a salad and to feel more in France enjoy a cold Orangina.

Went twice in the weekend and liked both options. Ate in the crowded tables in the back, but liked the food so went back on Sunday for breakfast. Delicious and GREAT coffee!

I was looking for a bakery to get some sweet treats from and this place did not disappoint! They have some very cute cookies and tasty too! I got a jam filled cookie and a cowboy cookie and loved both of them. They also have lots of lunch options. The quiches looked delicious. Next time I'll have to try them... More

This local gem is the perfect spot for a quick lunch on the LaJolla drag. The cookies in the display case lured us in, but the sandwiches and salads filled us up... well the cookies for desert helped also. If you want a nice break from watching the seals or window shopping this is the place for you. It's a... More

The display cases are filled with an incredible selection of finely prepared foods. Each menu item appears to be made in house using the freshest ingredients. We order several items. The food was outstanding. The service was friendly, and enjoyed the sidewalk dining on a sunny la Jolla afternoon.

They have awesome bread and cookies! The staff is very friendly and knowledgeable. It's a place you should hit if you're in La Jolla.

After walking from our hotel to the cove we worked up an appetite. Perfect little place that caters to all tastes--bakery items to hearty fare. My husband had a full breakfast and it was delicious. I had a yogurt parfait and looked longingly at the baked goods.
