Great place for a quick bite and spectacular ocean views and people watching. Food and drinks are ok.

The food at Fred’s is decent but I wouldn’t call it authentic Mexican food by any stretch. If you are looking for a place that has a great view, decent drink options then this is a great spot to catch the sunset and have a...More

Good solid food but the margarita was quite watered down. Fish tacos were good although the portions are a bit too large. You don't need the extra rice and beers. Nachos and salsa are good, great to get as your drink arrives.

This place has an awesome atmosphere and even better food! I ordered the chicken burrito and it was legitimately the best burrito I’ve had in California! Would highly recommend to anyone looking for delicious, reasonably priced Mexican food.

10/10 great restaurant, even better if you sit outside so you can people watch. Would recommend a Fajitas Plate because you get all the sides and extras included in the price and good sizes too. Leave here feeling full and content!

We had an early dinner here on a weeknight. It took a fair amount of time before we got the attention of a waitress, but once that happened and we received our menus, the order was taken quickly, and the food appeared posthaste. The servings...More

This place is on the main drag in Huntington Beach just down from the pier. It’s kind of touristy. The drinks are good and the food is average. It’s a good place to stop after the beach.

Had the carnitas burrito. Loved it. I was skeptical because I'm not really a fan of black beans, nor have I ever had cabbage in a burrito. Also most every menu item contained Oaxaca cheese which I've never had before. I guess I was kind...More

There is parking right in front of the restaurant if you are lucky enough to find one. If not then you continue down the road one block turn right and there will be public parking that Fred's will validate for.

No. I know of no restaurant that will allow people with no shirt or shoes!
