Driving South on Brookhurst Street from our home in Garden Grove, you pass a sign on the left - "Welcome to Little Saigon." A few yards later is where you turn into the large shopping center where "The Boiling Crab" is located. Welcome indeed to Saigon. So far, so good. Culturally you have just entered a new world. Colorful Asian... More

The mecca of seafood. It was soooo good that we went to the joint's LA location a week later. Don't forget to order some sweet potato fries, they are heavenly. Corn is also a must-have side order.

For a seafood worshipper, I found my gastronomic heavenly space. We ordered a dozen raw oysters, a pound of garlic shrimps, a lobster, and rice, and we were good to go. My aunt and I savoured every pound of all these delicious seafood, eating with our barehands, prepared to get messy. This isnt my first time, I am from out... More

My friend was telling about this place and so we had to try it out and this was his treat. Loved the atmosphere. Was able to get a table for us no sooner we entered, no waiting time for us. Some items were not available in the menu and we had to settle for the clams and shrimps. There was... More

This was our first time at this restaurant chain, and it was not a disappointment at all. The wait was the only problem, had to wait around 1 hour for our party of 7. The atmosphere was very casual and loud, it was fun to have dinner here. If you have children who don't eat seafood like we do, the... More

This Boiling Crab is the most roomiest. It serves their long lines faster, but still long lines at peak hours. Their franchise restaurants share the same recipes so if you're been to one or another, expect it to taste the same. Newbies would get addicted, but those that are Boiling Crab snobs, we go once in awhile to hit that... More

The service and the food at the Boiling Crab is the BEST! However, you want to go early. After 5pm the wait time can be 15-45 minutes. But believe me the wait is well worth it. I eat there at least once a month. Try it. You won't be sorry.

Holy smokes. If only there is such a place here in Winnipeg, Canada! Everything is delicious. Writing this review makes me crave for more Boiling crab food - crawfish, shrimp and lobster. Just make sure you have an empty stomach, throw on the bib and off you go.

This restaurant was different from any that I've ever been to. You pick your seafood (shrimp, snow crab, king crab, etc), pick your sauce (lemon pepper, garlic, cajun, or all three together) and you pick your spice level. We picked Shrimp and King Crab, all sauces and Medium Spice Level. The shrimp were served in a plastic bag (shells on)... More

I heard such great things about this place I had to give it a try. We really weren't impressed. First of all I'm not a fan of standing in lines to get into some where and this doesn't look like the type of place that takes reservations. I prefer to sit at an actual table, not a picnic table with... More
