For centuries the English Inn has earned a great reputation for friendly faces, cozy rooms and cheery firesides. As soon as guests come to the Inn, the charming hosts and hostesses run to greet them. In front of a crackling fire one can partake of good hearty fare - the tankard is always full - the spit hung with roasting beefs - and a table heaped with sweets and such. The Inn Keepers of the Summit House are inspired by this custom to create an hospitable place where friends can meet to eat, drink and delight in the views of North Orange County's countryside. To one and all, welcome!

Lovely area, magnificent sensibly valued sustenance, recommend reserving a spot straightforwardly, we got an early reservation, yet when we had completed there were numerous many individuals holding up. Semi formal, and great neighborly staff
Been going to this restaurant for years now, and my family makes their corn for every holiday! Summit House is a beautiful restaurant for a date, or special occasion. It's on a hill overlooking the city and the drive up is just as beautiful as...More

Good restaurant with a wonderful view, and good atmosphere, but not worth what they charge. The last time we were there, w were disappointed with the quality or the amount of money charged, and we haven't been back since.
We had a really wonderful dinner here. The food was terrific, and the service was just perfect. My brother and I had the prime rib, which is what they are known for, and my friend had the lamb shank. The prime rib was mouth watering,...More

John: The summit house has a very nice and diverse wine list as well a champagne. If you cannot find the wine list on line you can call and ask the Sommelier and he can explain the wine selection as well as the corkage fee. I personally haven't brought my own bottle but if I were to guess, I would say from $30 - $50
