In a nice private, low noise, pampered environment, the meal was very good. The staff was very attentive ensuring the best of service.

We ate there one night. The food was over cooked and at the same time it was cold. The food is very overpriced.

We received exceptional service. The carmelized brussel sprouts were so good that we shared with the table next to us. The waiter was so kind to share what he knew about the recipe. Portions were large enough to share for 2 older folks :)

We ate here for my birthday while staying at the hotel. The atmosphere was great. However, the service was just okay. But what was really disappointing was that my steak was overdone. I asked for medium rare on the rare side and definitely got medium. My husband's meal was a bit better, but the veggies were very disappointing. We would... More

Embers was good but a little pricey. Service was good and waiter offered recommendations. I would recommend going to the other two restaurants. Food was okay not great for the price.

We shared a bottle of wine recommended by our server, which was great. The ambiance was really good, upmarket and atmospheric. The server was attentive... More

Outstanding food and service. Extensive menu choices and excellent server, Lisa. We had lamb duo and Artic char and both were wonderful.

Chris our server was great, excellent recommendations. Considering the substandard expectations of the hotel, this restaurant was a pleasant surprise

As part of our group tour we ate one evening at the restaurant. Reservations were difficult for our group to get or add members who wanted to join us and the restaurant was less than half full and mostly our group (the lucky one who booked it early). Menu was limited and expensive!! Chose the table side salad as had... More
