I recently had surgery and am unable to get around. My husband was going to get us Mexican food and we found this place online. Unfortunately, we didn't go there as they don't have their menu online. I've heard it's good, but as of yet I'm unable to try it.

wanted Mexican food and remembered about this spot that my friend took me here s while back. Restaurant is like most other restaurants of it's kind. The thin g I didn't like was as I walked to the bathroom there was boxes of vegetables right in front of it. I ordered the green chilaquiles which came with two eggs, any... More

We were brought to Las Parrillas by friends of ours who live in the area. The strip mall location was a little tight for parking but the restaurant itself is large and spacious. We were here for a Sunday morning breakfast and the chef did not disappoint. You order your food at the counter from the owner or his lovely... More

I have been going to this restaurant for years and it used to be one of my favorites. But in the last two years it has steadily gone down hill. You order at the counter and while the counter personnel were always a little rude you were okay because you knew the food would be good. Not anymore! I was... More

I used to eat at the Motrose location often and we would come to Rancho San Diego also because the meals were 1.50 to 3.00 cheaper same food. No High Lease to pay like the Montrose location. The the Parents divorced, Son took over and closed Montrose The service went down ,quality of food worsened Last visit we had slow... More

I've never been disappointed with Las Paririllas! It is always clean, salsas are delicious and it is a good value! When in east county and craving Mexican food, Las Parrillas is the destination of choice!

I have likely eater food from here 40 or 50 times in the last 13 years. It is consistently good to very good. Salsa comes in several types. Food is plentiful and relatively inexpensive. Very good Carnitas here. They also have a number of seafood dishes.

We had to be in El Cajon overnight and my wife wanted some authentic Mexican food. Thanks to the review below, we went to Las Parrillas for an early dinner. It serves menudo every day, not just on weekends. We ordered 5 dishes and Carne Asada platter was the best. Most others were good, if not outstanding. It is obviously... More

Las PArillas has been there 20 years at least. It opened when i was in high school and has been ging strong. Better than a taco shop with fresh ingredients, fair prices and big servings, Las P is one of the best in San Diego. If you happen to be out El Cajon/La Mesa/Jamul way...hit Las Parillas. I recommend the... More
