Let me first say this was our first time going here & we were not disappointed at all. I ordered the chicken pasta without the shrimp & we also had the Philly cheese steak sandwich. Both very good & hot & fresh! Our service was wonderful. Very nice dining experience.

They use to have a good menu but not anymore. The meals selection is bland, just like the food. Service is hit-or-miss and good luck with parking & access. I've had better experience at Chili's.

We went to the Elephant Bar after seeing a movie at the nearby Cinemark in Downey. The server was a bit curt when we first arrived and became more personable after we ordered. We ordered the Shrimp and Salmon noodle soup. It was very delicious with a light broth, a nice slice of grilled salmon, many shrimp, sliced shiitake mushrooms,... More

I was going to meet my girlfriend at this place, she was there first and sitting in the bar. When I arrived I was expecting someone to come to the table, waited over fifteen minutes and no one ever came to the table. The bar wasn't busy at all , they had 2 bartenders and 2-3 servers in the bar... More

Parking in the rear and the entrance directly on Lakewood Blvd. And the outdoor patio faces the boulevard with the noise of all the bells & whistles. The interior music with an array of screaming was not very comforting at lunch time. I will never return to this location.

We went for a quick bite but ran into overserved, drunk sports fans......sure the bartenders mading money but it was impossible to hear my friend even when shouting.....spoiled the experience and will not ever be coming back....AVOID during any sports activity unless you want to be rowdy too. Food was okay but nothing exceptional and the appetizer portions were small... More

Take in consideration this happened when Elephant Bar opened up (years ago). We were seated outside. Once the male waiter took our order, he had counted his tips in front of us. After he took our order, an hour passed by and our food was not served. I kindly asked the bartender lady who happened to be the closest Elephant... More

We met friends for dinner at the Elephant Bar. The menu was diverse and the food was very good, but the service was so-so.

Staff was wonderful. My steak was "meh"... I had better. My sides weren't all that seasoned, I just wasn't impressed. My drink though, was amazing. It was called the tiki something. It had fireball in it. LOVED it! I'd return for the drinks... The food, not so much.
