I ate here for the second time recently and it was just as good second time around. I had the chorizo sofrito steamers to start, they were just divine. For my main I had the rum pepper shrimp, this was another top class dish, bursting with flavour. I love this restaurant and if you can get sitting outside, definitely do... More

Love the setting and layout of the lab. It's surprising the scene and retreat behind the more industrial walls. Food at this place was amazing - especially the deep friend avocado. Service was also exceptional.

Landed at 7:31 for our 7:30 reservation. They could not find the reservation and made us feel like we were faking a reservation. Had to show them the text. Apparently had a wrong name in their reservation. Were warned that we will have to leave before 9 PM as they had another reservation for the same table. Which restaurant gives... More

If you have been to Cuba and have sampled their cuisine then you will know the distinct taste that habana's is lacking. With that said the food was still very tasty. I had the plantain crusted chicken with mash potatoes and my wife had the steak which were both prepared well. We had a taste of all the appetizers which... More

While i would in no way classify this as a Cuban restaurant, the food was delicious nonetheless. The Sangria was great, as were our food choices. Shout out to the plantain crusted chicken! Perfect for our girls birthday dinner outing!

Cuban- no! Putting tough flank steak on a smear of chili sauce doesn't make it Cuban, for example. Too many fries and fatty mashed potatoes as the side. Even the fried banana dessert was not authentic, way too sweet and with ice cream. Plating looked good but disappointment at first bite. Typical California modern pretending to be healthy but loaded... More

My third time in this enchanting restaurant, again with work colleagues, it never seems to fail to please. The staff are chirpy and helpful and the decor seems to be in an undefined time capsule of a sort Latin-Caribbean nineteen fifties era or earlier. With the inside a perfect back drop for a Carmen Miranda number and the outside enchanting,... More

Had dinner with a business colleague last week, and while the food was decent, I could detect no Cuban accent to any of the four items we ordered. My salad was basically plain-essentially zero dressing, and the pork belly was barely edible. My colleague enjoyed her meal much more than I did, so I will give it the benefit of... More

Friendly not pushy waiter... had the half chicken dish, nothing really Cubanesque or otherwise intriguing about it... for the quality, too expensive, quantity alone does not make up for it. The place itself displays a cozy atmosphere, but the acoustics get out of control, when the place is busy...
