Your typical Jewish Deli and that ain't bad. In fact, not bad at all. The food was made with love and abundant flavor. The ownership really cares about quality and your experience. To that I say thank you! If you go, try the egg salad, knish and amazing desserts. It's not fancy, but always a great experience and food to... More

A small Jewish deli on the main street in Corona del Mar. Large and tasty corn beef sandwiches on great rye bread. They place the coleslaw inside the sandwich which was fine, but you may want it on the side instead. They also offered Dr. Brown soda which is my wife's favorite. The owner was busy but still took time... More

This place is the closest for me to grab food for my family and get it served before its ruined by togo boxes. I always try to order wisely when i get things to go because we would like to enjoy our meal even on the run. We ordered cheeseburgers for the kids which was easy and travels well. Tried... More

Typical deli selections with limited seating inside and some seating outside in the back. I had the pastrami on rye with deli mustard and a Dr Brown cream soda. Just like back east. Very good rye bread and the pastrami was a little fatty but tasty. Pastrami portion was somewhat skimpy. My wife had a very tasty tuna salad platter.

We moved here from LA in '97 to CDM, south of PCH, in the Flower Streets. Looked for a DELI. OMG, there were no delis, within 20-30 miles?! Wait, we found, my heart be still, Gary's. Has everything we want, need & expect from a top-notch Deli. (my hand is hovering over the keyboard as I'm about to give about... More

I've been eating at Gary's since I was a child. They have the best burgers, tacos and deli sandwiches. The owners are really nice. It's a great stop after a day at the beach.

Great Pastrami sandwiches. Very small, only a handful of tables, but the food is excellent. My wife love's the Matzo Ball Soup. Small patio in back. Good for to-go meals. We eat there once a month at least.

Been consistent for over 30 years. The tacos are greasy and crispy, sandwiches and great. Build your own.
