We had a very friendly greeting from the owner and his son when we arrived, they loved our accent, Aussie - made us feel very welcome and nothing was too much trouble, the food was good home style cooking and friendly wait staff, being in a true diner was an experience for us, good menu selection

We had a hard day of shooting at a local industrial location when our producer said he has the best place for a bite to eat. Well he took us to Ozzie's on 7780 E. Slauson Ave. When we entered we were taken back to 1950's. And the owner is one of those guys that everyone loves, he came to... More

Domestic and imported beer cost less than $3.00!!! Unbelievable in CA. The service is ALWAYS friendly and the decor is super fun.

Stumbled on this gem. Great diner. Nothing wrong. Had breakfast was cooked good just order hashbrowns light( they will cook em to death). Price was fine and quality was fine as well as portions. Hard to find this type of place and service.

Ozzie's isn't the quintessential nostalgic 1950's Diner, but updated to fit the times - while keeping valued venerable traditions, like great Food! Authentic interior diner stools, tables and booths in a spotless interior. Food is tops all day! You'll enjoy. ...

Ozzies is the kind of corner diner that we love to go to for breakfast or a quick snack. But there is also the fancier side if you want booths with tablecloths and a more upscale menu. And a great bar atmosphere. Never had a bad meal at Ozzies .....love it !

Stopped for dinner and get out of traffic and stumbled on ozzies diner. We ordered basic club sandwich, pastrami, and fish and chips, sandwiches were good fish and chips so-so, however extremely clean inside and friendly staff, will stop again.

Stop in and try this little diner just off the 5 Freeway in industrial Commerce. Breakfast fare, soups and burgers of course, and a few tasty specialties like their 'World Famous' Armenian sandwich--it's made with turkey, Ortega chiles and Swiss cheese served on freshly-baked Armenian bread. Kudos to Ozzie's for keeping their historic 1950s neon sign lit (no backlit plastic... More

Ozzies is a really neat little place. We ate in the diner side, and it's like a trip to the past. Milkshakes, floats, old style hamburgers, and great food. I would definitely return to eat here when in the area again, and would recommend it to any visitors.
