This establishment is now called "Cravings". We have had lunch here a few times and they are to die for....delicious and beautifully presented. Breakfast is another story. I ordered eggs over medium and ham. What came was eggs hard(and crispy) and bacon. Order was made again, but eggs were still a little crispy, ham was extremely salty and potatoes were... More

On our trip from CA to OR, we stumbled led over 'Cravings' by accident. We liked the service and the food so very much that we had to come back for breakfast the next morning before we left town. The fair is classic American food with a fresh twist and some Mexican hints. The breakfast burrito was the best we... More

Cravings is the new name for this place and it's a quaint little restaurant in what I think is the downtown part of Chester. Just went there for breakfast one morning. Nice, simple, menu with maybe just 8-10 items. Some practical items, some not. I was bit intrigued by trying a breakfast burrito with no meat, so went with that.... More

Visited twice this weekend. Once for lunch then the next morning for breakfast. Food reasonably priced and excellent tasting. Small old fashioned building but very welcoming atmosphere. We had a group of 7 and everyone loved their meals. Will definitely be back if ever in the area again.

Tried 'Cravings' (new name) yesterday morning. Thumbs up re cozy, welcoming atmosphere and friendly owners. Food was above average; I was not quite expecting the 'crispy corned beef hash' to be so granular, prefer mine more 'meat like' consistency/bigger pieces but tasty nonetheless. Others in my party had cheese omelette, soy chorizo and were happy. Would also prefer a bit... More

This is now Cravings so perhaps it has new owners. They obviously work hard to serve wonderful food at a reasonable price. We had the best BLT's we've enjoyed for a long time and the service was friendly and attentive. A perfect spot for lunch in Chester's old town.

The name has changed to Cravings. It is smallish dinner with 3 tables that seat more than 2 people with excellent food. We ordered the Reuben Special with the house coleslaw, Egg croissant with avocado and a Swiss burger. All perfectly cooked and the coleslaw was excellent. Service fast, and friendly despite being full. the menu changes from breakfast to... More

Order off the specials board. Ask the waitress what she suggests. We both loved our lunch. Great old diner with tablecloths full of old-time ads for dresses, dolls, hats, etc. A regular stop for locals. We met a high school history teacher and got caught up in the local gossip. Best meal in Chester.

We have a hard time deciding where to eat that is good tasting and quickly prepared. This little cafe is the Bomb!! The food was delicious, the service wonderful, and the food delectable (did I say that already?). It is a very small restaurant, but cozy, which makes it easy to make new acquaintances in one's travels. We will definitely... More
