We were in town for 3 days and visited this restaurant each morning The eggs benedict are wonderful. Ironically the owner is from Minnesota as we are. I highly recommend this spot. You won't be sorry.

A true authentic Cowboy diner complete with lots of cowboy memorabilia all over the walls, ceilings and counters. It's a throwback from a bygone era and you can enjoy seeing many photos of local cowboys that you might even bump into.

We visit Carmel Valley about once every two years and Wagon Wheel is always on our checklist of restaurants to visit for good food at a reasonable price. We love their breakfasts and enjoy their outdoor seating on a nice day. Very casual.

This place is a must for breakfast lovers. The Biscuits and gravy are so good. As are the pancakes made with fresh berries. We always stop at this place when we are in the neighborhood.

My husband and I discovered this gem of a diner day 4 of our California Big Sur adventure. First the staff was wonderfully friendly. Second, I had the best glass of fresh squeezed orange juice I have ever had in my life! ($4 for 8oz glass). 3rd the breakfast was huge, the eggs so fresh, the bacon crisp and cooked... More

The western decor was fun, the staff was very friendly/easy-going, and the food was delicious! I especially enjoyed the oatmeal pancakes... I don't think I'm going to be able to enjoy eating regular pancakes ever again after trying them. So good! Pro Tip: They only accept cash, but they do have an ATM outside.

Friendly people. Chorizo and eggs are perfect. Sit at the counter and hang out for a while. Coffee is good, too.

Get there early or you'll likely have to wait for a table. Stopped here for a big Saturday morning breakfast and had killer Chorizo and eggs while the wife had a custom omelette. All the fixings you would expect like country potatoes or biscuit with gravy, etc. Service was very fast and friendly. The Wagon Wheel is a locals spot... More
