Great service, delicious food, quaint yet ample seating inside and outside with heaters. We ordered a peanut chicken salad and Hunan beef. The chicken salad had a. Bed of garden fresh lettuce mix from the farmers market. The chicken was freshly shredded with halves of heritage tomatoes. The Hunan was superb, taste. I highly recommend Wild Ginger Cafe.

We had an excellent dinner here. The food is incredibly flavorful. Lots of fresh vegetables with perfect seasoning. I had a grilled salmon which was perfectly cooked. My husband had bulgori which came with a beautiful slaw. Mine came with an amazing jicama and mango salad. I think this restaurant is the best in Cambria and we have eaten everywhere... More

We have on known about the place for years, but never tried it. I'm glad we finally did. I had chicken curry. It was the best curry I've ever hide, including my Thailand trip. So flavorful! Just enough spice. Then we had dessert. Lemon pudding cake with Raspberry cause. My husband had the coconut creme brulee. Both were so delish.... More

Small, charming restaurant on Main Street serves Thai/Singaporian/Vietnamese dishes that have flavor and flair. Szechuan tofu and Vietnamese barbecue pork with chili-lime sauce are standouts. Spring rolls are delicious.

Loved the name and from the menu we wanted to eat here but when we looked in, the place looked small, unappealing and there were no other people in the restaurant. Other places nearby looked busy so we went there instead. Need to improve their decor/image!

I ordered the Vietnamese pork with mango salad the first night. It was so good, I wanted to lick my plate. Cam back the next night and had the daily special - lobster chili rellens - mmm good. The place is very small and some of the seating is stool height which I hate. But it attractively decorated and the... More

My wife and I just ate there last night. Debra couldn't have been more charming. Food was really good. Different flavors, sweet, sour, savory all in one dish. Had a salad with green papaya, shrimp, lettuce, cucumber, peppers, peanuts, and a wonderfull dressing. The pork belly main was delicious and my wifes salmon was great. Have been going here for... We just visited Cambria after spending two months in San Francisco, and the Wild Ginger Cafe in Cambria is better than all but one of the places we ate in the city. We had the chicken curry and the red snapper specials, and they were fantastic. We had our dog with us and ate on the patio; the vibe was... More

I've eaten in hundreds of restaurants during my life, from greasy diners to a few gourmet restaurants. The delicious meal I was served at the Wild Ginger Cafe took me by surprise. I wasn't expecting anything special. We were just looking for somewhere to eat. One of the specials was Braised Pork Belly. It arrived with a blend of five... More

This tiny restaurant is set up like a deli counter with a few tables. I don't think there's a restroom for the patrons- no space! That said, this is a sit down resturant with very innovative Asian-inspired menu options, presented beautifully. They make their own sorbet, which we had to try, of course. The proprietor is extremely friendly, and obviously... More
