My husband and I were blown away by the quality of food here. Don't let the "cafe" in the name fool you. We loved the cozy atmosphere with upbeat staff and clients. The atmosphere was quiet, elegant, country charm. And the food was exceptional. They serve 2 kinds of bread baked in a clay pot. Very yummy. The steamed clam... More

We enjoyed dinner here our first night. The food is much better than name and decor might indicate. I am Gluten free, greens free and no beef and they were able to accommodate my requirements with no problem. Food was very good, hubby wanted to go back second night as well.

My wife has special foods needs. We found this restaurant willing to accommodate her...and they did so with enthusiasm and sincere intent to make her happy. Our waitress was very pleasant and you could tell the owner ran a professional yet warm operation.

The Sow's Ear, now I'll admit does not sound like such a great name for a dinner place. Friends told us they went here a year ago and had a good time. Now Cambria is an odd town, it seems to have a lot of tourista kind 'a places. No matter how much I searched nothing jumped out as Hay... More

Came here for dinner while staying in Cambria for a quick vacation. We came in before 6 and my GF enjoyed the early diner menu with slightly smaller portions and prices. The flower pot bread was a cute touch to the experience and it was tasty as well. Servers were super friendly and local beer was cheap on the menu.... More

We have eaten here in the past and this time we both got the filet mignon. Excellent meal and perfectly prepared. 2 thumbs up from us. The flower pot bread is always tasty and the meals always include soup or salad . This is our favorite restaurant in Cambria !
