This place reminds me of a coffee shop you would see in the 60's. That's not a bad thing. A couple specials every day for lunch and a full menu. Only open for breakfast and lunch. Ice tea and water glasses are on the small side but they never went empty. Sever was happy and friendly. A 30 minute lunch... More

We really wished we had gone to McDonalds, Denny's or IHOP. We thought we would try the local greasy spoon breakfast joint but that was a huge mistake. Breakfast was not edible. Even the hot water for my tea was not drinkable. My husband returned his first meal and the replacement meal was still frozen in the middle. The waitress... More

Cute old fashioned diner with great pancakes, especially the pumpkin cranberry. The coffee is pretty good. Come here if you want to feel you are stepping back in time. Tables are small so don't bring a big group.

Dorothy's just isn't any good at all. You go in and everything's for sale. Ugly clocks, terrible art that I'm guessing the owner's children "created", old fruit...it's very embarrassing. At best the food is average and the service is slow and borderline rude. The heavy older lady moves like a slug in slow motion and always calls everyone Young Man.... More

Our son took us here for breakfast. Huge servings, and a delightful 50s diner atmosphere. Quaint main street to walk after eating also.

The food was terrible. I went here for breakfast and the eggs were the only thing edible. The fruit looked like it came out of the can. Nothing there is homemade. When they say CHUCK WAGON, That's exactly what your getting. I asked for my money back! I couldn't eat anything. Oh, and to top it all off... They don't... More

I really enjoy supporting local places but I was so disappointed with this place. The cook had long greasy hair that was loose, no hair net or even a pony tail. The food wasn't very good plus there were 2 hairs in it and my water glass had lipstick on it. I won't go back!

I've been going to Dorothy's since I was a kid back in the 70's. It was great then ...and it's great today!
