I visited The Cuckoo Pint, by myself to book the Christmas party for my family. The staff made me welcome and being a lone lady, I ordered a soft drink and felt very at ease enjoying the surroundings.

One of our local hostelries which we patronise from time to time. Went there this week after returning from holiday. The food is reasonably priced and tasty with good service. Pleasant surroundings and was refurbished last year. Private car park.

This pub/restaurant used to be an unsavory place. It has a new landlord and he and his staff are really turning it around. The food is good and so is the ambiance. Give it a try!

Visited lunch time and overall the pub was not busy. we ordered our food and then had a wait for it to be served, not too long but just on the edge of being so. The food was great and well presented and the staff were friendly and efficient, will go again.

I went here today for the first time despite living locally: I was never tempted to go in before as it always looked so busy and full of casual drinkers. However, I was taken here by a friend for lunch and was very pleasantly surprised. The menu was fairly wide-ranging, albeit all 'pub grub' items. The prices were outstandingly competitive... More

Came to the Cuckoo Pint with my fella for lunch, wow staff very welcoming, great prices and choice for menu. The starter of chicken in a bucket was amazing with a main course which was very filling, sad to say we had no room for pudding. We will definitely be booking up for our Christmas party.

Nipped in here for lunch and had the bacon and cheese double burger and it was delicious and so were the fries. Great lunch!

We eat here fairly regularly and I have never had a bad meal. The food is great, lots of variety, and served quickly. The pub atmosphere is great, and they have lots of local teams for things like darts, poker, football etc. that really add value to the community. It's had it's problems in the past, but I really enjoy... More

Great pub local to my Mother. Large interior, with more than adequate seating. Pool, darts and number of TV screens available. Decent choice of beer and wine. The food on offer is varied and always freshly cooked. Prices are very attractive, especially for senior folk. Large garden with ample seating and excellent parking facilities. The staff are always very friendly... More
