A strip mall restaurant is a gamble. That being said Emon is a balanced eatery on the slightly over priced side of rice and noodles. Parking can be difficult because of Bea Bea's that shares the same lot. Average selection of Japanese cuisine however there is no beverage station, self serve bottle and can service only, luckily they have all... More

We ate here many times on our recent stay in Burbank. Surprisingly good sushi - fresh and delicious. You couldn't predict this from the look of the restaurant. Hot food was good too and great value. They serve brown rice as an option. Really good choice for cheap casual Japanese food.

Emon is a simple place that I love to go to for lunch when I'm craving teriyaki and/or tempura. Everything is fresh and nicely presented and a great value. No atmosphere to speak of but they make up for that with their food.

I love grabbing sushi at Emon and taking it across the street to my hotel. Sushi is fresh and well prepared. You can have brown rice sushi if you want which is a nice option. My only knock is the ordering process. It's really hard to figure out what you want and hard to understand the people taking your order.

impossible to eat. Had to leave after 5 min in this restaurant! From what I head in a nearby store this smell is pretty customary so stay away!

It's pretty good sushi (better than Vons) at decent prices. I like it. It's close to work, so we go there a lot. I love their servers!! A family-owned place..
