We had a quick trip to Lake Arrowhead, and were hungry. We came to Trip Advisor site to find something new outside of the Village 'standard choices'. This small restaurant, just down the road in Blue Jay, was just right! I had the Belgian Waffle and it was one of the best I've eaten (even better than the one I... More

Simple and good food. Friendly and efficient staff. Old fashioned diner atmosphere. Go here often for breakfast and lunch meetings with one or two people.

I have eaten at Bill's every time I stay overnight at Lake Arrowhead ahead and have never been disappointed in the food, prices or service even though they are very busy at times the eait is worth it for the quality of food for the price.

It's a classic coffee shop...exactly what you would expect. They do have a good salad bar for those who are not looking for basic breakfast fare.

My fiancé and I enjoyed going there for a quick breakfast. We like to split the corned beef hash with potatoes and eggs. The place is newly remodeled and the service is good.

Bill and Linda run this diner...and it's a throwback to the '50's...Huge breakfasts...in fact, huge everything! Portions are substantial so arrive hungry. They have the BEST onion rings i've ever had...great sandwiches, and a salad bar. They have recently redecorated and it's got a down home, cozy feeling. Attentive wait staff, great food, inviting atmosphere....what are you waiting for? C'mon... More

Living locally I can't tell you the # of times I've dined here. Mostly great food and service. Occasionally you might hit a hiccup, but 90% 0f the time it's a great place to go for breakfast (my favorite ;) ) lunch or dinner. They have great special and lots of home-cooked goodness. The prices are probably a little more... More

Just returned from a four day trip to Lake Arrowhead with the family. Found Bill's when we realized that the Sports Bar across the street, where we had intended to eat, had a 'B' rating.I don't do B's. We were very happy with our meals. Had the Top Sirloin dinner special which came with salad bar. The Salad bar was... More

I have eaten here a few times. always for breakfast. I do see that they have beer and wine for the dinner crowd . Breakfast was OK, pretty much standard stuff. All done consistently good. Lot of locals in the place which speaks well.

Combine a helpful staff, pleasant surroundings and add on top excellent food and you've got Bill's Villager Coffee Shop. Although the 4th of July weekend was a busy one for restaurants across the country, Bill's staff and great food made the wait worthwhile. I had the spinach/mushroom/onion/feta cheese omelet, so what's not to love.
