I have had a lunch at the Polo lounge several times I like to sit in the inside outside area in the center of the restaurant. Their menu has a lot of choices including some very healthy ones. I'd like to get some grilled fish and a glass of red wine. We had excellent service. This is not an inexpensive... More

everything about the Polo is first class. The martini's the salads and entree's, heck even the bar snacks ooze class. Go. If your staying at the hotel you will be treated like royalty. Even if your not staying there you will be treated pretty well.

Friendly service and great food. We ate breakfast outside on the patio and dinner inside. We loved it all. Beautiful setting, interesting people. I had the McCarthy salad which I loved. Would highly recommend.

Ate breakfast here during our stay. Formal and pricey but the food and service are very good. Had drinks at the bar too where the dedicated bartenders work like scientists in a lab to mix up wonders like the Chairman's whiskey sour with egg whites and other ingredients so it comes out milky and delicious. Had dinner here too. Known... More

I was a guest at the hotel along with my wife. We looked forward to eating at least one meal here every day. We even hung out for drinks before heading out. The staff was attentive and polite. The food was fantastic. A few of our favourites include: -The McCarthy is a must order. -The oysters -Wagyu Burger -Steak Frites... More

Had lunch with friends and also a business lunch in Feb.'17. They have my favorite lunch salad... the McCarthy. It is still fantastic! I ordered the chicken on the other visit and liked it very much. They also have an off the menu salad called the Gary that my friends love. It is especially popular with my dieting friends. Highly... More

we were seated at a table for four, and we were six people. the server disappeared and 'popped' back after a wait. the food was not very good and portions were small. the prices were 'nuts'....much higher than the new york polo club on 55th street. example: ONE appetizer crab cake...$36, pasta: potato gnocchi...$62... OUCH striped Bass......$72 and Burger....$42. really... More

Drop in for breakfast at the Polo Lounge and you never know who you might meet. We ran into Rob Reiner that morning who was holding court at the corner power table in the back room. We were seated in Felix's section. Felix is a Beverly Hills Hotel icon, who, I believe has been charming patrons for over 30 years... More

We brunched here on a Sunday while in L.A. Appetizers- The Crab Louie was iconic. Entrees- the food was pretty good, not great. But it was good. I had the corned beef dish (pretty flavorless, had to salt) and my son had the brunch burger. The dessert was a micro smidgen of smores ice cream, not that good taste-wise either.... More

The Polo Lounge has been the favorite breakfast spot and watering hole for generations of stars and Hollywood deal-makers. Guests enjoy indoor and outdoor seating for breakfast, lunch, afternoon tea, dinner, and late-night suppers. Lunch and dinner are served with piano accompaniment alternating with light jazz on the patio during the long summer nights. Jazz music is also featured during Sunday Brunch. In the evening guests can come to relax and enjoy one of our many specialty cocktails or one of our old favorites.

Staying in Beverly Hills

Neighbourhood Profile
Beverly Hills
Beverly Hills began as a modest village years ago and today you can still feel its small town origins, even though it has become a major tourist attraction and business center for the entertainment industry. This town lives up to its reputation as an area full of designer retail stores and residential streets lined with mansions and palm trees. Inside the commercial center of Beverly Hills, along Rodeo Drive, droves of tourists peak into ultra-luxurious boutiques hoping to catch a glimpse of someone famous. Off of Rodeo Drive however is where some of the most affluent Angelenos occupying the streets of Beverly Hills come for leisurely meals, power lunches and beauty treatments.
