This is a great spot for dinner after a long flight. Sat at the bar on a perfect evening -- not too hot and slight breeze. Since the restaurant is on the roof you feel like you've found a little oasis. Jameson at the bar took care of me. He is entertaining without being intrusive. Makes an excellent martini (ask... Having stayed at this hotel for many many years, I have had the opportunity to sample just about everything on the menu. Love the freshness and variety this restaurant has to offer. I can never go past the incredible tomato basil soup - and all time favorite which doesnt always appear on the menu, but is always available. Service is... More

Food Excellent. Service Excellent. Drinks Excellent. Loved the roof top restaurant and stayed to have a few extra drinks. This went on the books as our favorite lunch during our LA Vacation.

The Peninsula is one of my fav hotels in LA, and this great breakfast spot is part of what makes it such a favorite. The service is solid yet relaxed. I love that the staff knows their regular patrons and makes a point to make them feel at home. I'm not a "regular" yet but always feel well looked after.... More

We had lunch here as a birthday treat for my wife. Lovely setting outside surrounded by plants and a layout which means you don't feel crowded in. We had salads and cocktails, both of which were delicious. Service was excellent, which is only to be expected. They also brought my wife a complimentary dessert with the plate decorated and a... In the words of my musical icon (and “working class hero”) John Lennon: “Life is what happens to you while you are busy making other plans”. Today my life is tea in the afternoon with a “Duchess.” I invited the legendary American hotelier Rose Narva to join me. She was referred to in her career in Washington, D.C. as the... More

Whilst the initial cost of a room may seem a little daunting to some, we found this fabulous value. Tickets to the Getty villa, courtesy car to dinner and anywhere within 10 mins drive and around of drinks and the most beautiful desserts all complimentary Superb service to top it off. I would definitely return and recommend!

Neighbourhood Profile
Beverly Hills
Beverly Hills began as a modest village years ago and today you can still feel its small town origins, even though it has become a major tourist attraction and business center for the entertainment industry. This town lives up to its reputation as an area full of designer retail stores and residential streets lined with mansions and palm trees. Inside the commercial center of Beverly Hills, along Rodeo Drive, droves of tourists peak into ultra-luxurious boutiques hoping to catch a glimpse of someone famous. Off of Rodeo Drive however is where some of the most affluent Angelenos occupying the streets of Beverly Hills come for leisurely meals, power lunches and beauty treatments.
