Have gone to LoCoco's three times now, first dinner was Clams & Spaghetti, not very flavorful & soupy - Meh, second dinner was Meat Canneloni, this was biggest disappointment, flat pasta with hardly any filling wouldn't order again and last night Raviolis, these were fairly good, edges weren't cooked but oh well, it's that kind of place....jammed, noisy and expensive.

Local restaurant reasonably priced. Excellent Sicilian food. Every dish is good. Their 'focassia"? dinner bread is out of this world. I like their white sauce clam spaghetti and cannelloni with red sauce.

Last night we ordered pizza take out from Lo Coco's Berkeley. This is not our regular pizza parlor, but we wanted to try something new. We called around 7 p.m. on a Friday night to order two large pizzas for pick up. Guess what.... they "ran out" of large pizzas... Really? But really? How do you run out of large... More

Every time I have ever eaten there the staff has been friendly and my food has been excellent. Hands down, this is my favorite place to eat.

Strangers recommended this and I had never been or heard of it. Glad I have now. Excellent homemade papparadelle ragú and salad plus tiramisu that was a delight. Whole family participates, two generations contribute nightly. Very homey and welcoming. We enjoyed the hospitality and food and are certain to return.

Tiny little place on Shattuck - go early if you want the calamari starter - they only make so many each evening. Group of 4 - we all enjoyed our dinners, drinks and lovely ambience. Will go back - early - for the calamari!

A family style gem hidden in a commercial development. Ignore the building it sits in. Lococo's is red sauce Italian-american at it's best.

Our group of six had pasta, clams, ravioli, meat balls, house white wine and house red wine - all were excellent. The wait staff was attentive and kid friendly. If you like Italian you will love this place.

My Italian cousin from Antioch wanted to come to Berkeley to find an Italian restaurant and visit. Found this one on line and we had a wonderful time. It is small, cozy, yet convivial for conversation. The owner-server was wonderful. We ordered calimari for a starter. Since it took awhile so he gave us a plate of pollpetone for starters.... More
