We are excited that the Restaurant is now back open. Our capacities are currently limited. Bookings are essential and, for now, all dining will be on pre-paid set menus. Each reservation is allocated a set duration to give everyone a chance to enjoy the experience and to help us control the flow of people. From the moment we walked in, you just knew you were going to have a simply wonderful evening, to be greeted by professional staff, nothing was too much trouble, from requesting an explanation of some of the amazing menu dishes, to taking group photo's, your...staff were an absolutely outstanding asset to you, hats off to the chef and kitchen staff, the tasting menu was to die for, As the sun went down over the city of Adelaide, and the lights came on it truly is a magical view. Thank you for making our very special anniversary meal one to remember - oh and the chocolate desert.... Devine.More
Superior service & outstanding when booking over the phone as I booked in a surprise dinner date for my parents.
They were seated exactly were I requested & staff went out of they’re way to make them feel special as it was they’re wedding anniversary....I requested not to let them pay, as I had pre organised for everything to be billed to myself (so my parents could be treated) having me not being there as I chauffeured them to the restaurant for a drop off/pick up.
My parents had a fantastic evening & one to remember as flowers where also requested & sent there for the booking.
Truely an awesome restaurant.
A MASSIVE THANK YOU to all the staff & owner.
We celebrated a combined birthday/ anniversary with dinner at Windy Point, Summer Tasting menu with paired wines. We unfortunately had an 8.30pm sitting. We had a window seat with a nice view of the city lights. We enjoyed the food and wine. The service was...haphazard and we were rushed through the meal, with wine for the following course being poured before the previous glass was finished and nowhere near enough time between courses. We stretched out our dessert, but the meal could easily have been over and done with by 9.45pm, hardly the relaxing, enjoyable meal we looked forward to, and at $125.00 per person, we were very disappointed. Staff very obviously wanted to finish up, despite telling us the restaurant closed at 11.00pm. We will definitely not be back, there are so many good restaurants in Adelaide with far better service.More
The food was perfect, as was the view. The service could have been better, not very attentive as we tried to capture our waitresses attention for 25 minutes to receive our bill however she was looking after a large table as well so still 4...stars. I'd give the benefit of the doubt and certainly return because otherwise it was a perfect evening.More
Been a while since I’ve been here but tonight my wife and I celebrated an anniversary dinner and it was simply superb.
We had the summer tasting menu and was a bit sceptical that it was going to be a light on budget affair. Couldn’t...be further from the truth. The food style, offering, taste and quality/quantity was excellent. Just the way you expect a restaurant to be.

You would have to ask them of course but I'm sure they would accommodate them all. I think you will find that it is very busy, booked out all the time,. So I'd enquire sooner rather than later. They are very professional there and you do pay for the fine dining experience including an expected tip. Some might argue that children and the restaurant experience don't sit well together and that may be the hiccup. Personally I think with good parental supervision, and considerate adults, children can fit in quite well. I hope all goes well for the special birthday.

As others have said, neat casual is okay but formal (even black tie) is probably more appropriate. Most people go formal as it's that sort of place. I always think of it as an opportunity to dress up when there's not too many restaurants around of this calibre any more. The downstairs restaurant is more neat casual attire.
