All the pubs were full, so we had a take away instead and it was very good indeed, sat and ate it looking out over the beautiful harbour, then we got a beer!

We arrived to this quaint sea side town late in the afternoon around 3. This is such a cute little town and we were so happy we stopped. However, we were very hungry and this was the only food to be had. Standard fish and chips roadside. It reminded me of the clam shack in Kennebunkport Maine. Greasy little shack... More

We had been looking forward to this all week as we had read the great reviews but on Friday 12th August 2016 we collected fish and chips, they had only just opened and although the fish was tasty and chips were plentiful the batter was stodgy and not crispy at all so very disappointing. We left early the next morning... More

Great friendly service, all homemade food, choice of fresh fish(haddock/cod/ herring) and I chose HERRING IN OATMEAL... cooked to order...the best I have tasted in years. Vast range of other local fast food, drinks and confectionery including Homemade pizza(SOLD OUT). Eaten outside on a bench overlooking the harbour, Fantastic!

What a convenient Fish and chip shop this is. Good quality fish and a huge decently priced menu including haggis!
