Gorgeous. Watched sunset from here. Didn't have a full meal here - not certain you can. Really just about the view.

Great hospitality from the hosts, Ishmael and Mahmoud. Tents were comfortable and the hot shower was greatly appreciated. After a very tasty evening meal enjoyed sitting around a campfire, Mahmoud entertained us by playing a drum and singing. The next morning our hosts baked fresh bread rolls for breakfast.

The Bedouin camp just out of wadi mouse. Lovely atmosphere. Candle lit buffet food, lady offers to henna hands and kohl eyes. We were shown where our lamb was 'buried, it was cooked underground in hot pit. Clear black starry sky. Magical. Cool night. Take a coat

I am middle eastern and have eaten meals throughout the region and have been spoiled by some good authentic home cooking. The overall experience and food I had here was top-notch! I can recommend this as an absolute must. It was a superb location and the staff could not have done anything more to provide a delightful evening. The food, as most in Jordan, was freshly cooked and delicious. Do not miss.

This evening is fun to experience and is done well. Food was delicious and hosts friendly. It would have been nice to have finished the evening off with traditional Bedouin music played on traditional instruments. As it was, it came to an abrupt end but I recommend it.

After a wonderful half day tour of the Wadi Rum desert we stayed at the Rock Camp. We were greeted with the traditional Jordanian sweet tea. A bit later we climbed to the top of an overhang, sat on a sandstone cliff gazing at the span of the desert waiting for the gorgeous sunset. Back at the camp we prepared... More
