Food was so so but the dancing was great. More than Satisfied with experience. The soup was good but meat dish was heavy and bland. The dancers were inspired and I usu don’t like stuff like that.

Las Pichanchas was the highlight of our time in Tuxtla Guttierrez. The fanfare around serving their signature drink, "pumpo", a frothy vodka/pineapple juice cocktail served from a gourd, was so much fun! The meals were delicious and waiter, fantastic!

Meat was tough and the sauce was tasteless. Six different orders, but a unanimous opinion. Margaritas were weak. No one came back to the table to ask about the meals.

The food here is delicious and traditional. This restaurant offers traditional food from Chiapas, live music and folklore. Need to make a reservation. Must try "Pumpo" if you drink alcohol.
