I bet there are people who loves cook in this kitchen. Every part of the dish are perfectly prepared. The service very professional. It is not cheap but it worth it.

We bring groups of medical and dental volunteers to Chiapas each year. When we return to the capital city from a week out in the mountains we always celebrate with a fine dinner at the Asador Castellano. The (Spanish) food is of the highest quality. The staff is outstanding.

This place is average by all standards. Seems to me that this is where the well off in Tuxtla Gutierrez (many Federal Government delegates with more time than work and sucking off the taxpayers) go for lunch or dinner. Bad food, average service, complete mistake on my side to even go there.

The manager was very attentive and polite, the atmosphere it's good and I love mushrooms and shrimps guajillo style. lots of wine to chose, but a bit expensive. You always get a great amount of food with every plate

We shared the Paella which was delicous. Wine was pricey, so ask about that before plunging in. Very nice atmosphere and a popular spot for local buisness people.

Not good for steaks which is suppposed to be their specialty. Ordered a cowboy steak ($480mxn) it looked as if it was cooked on a pan, I ordered it medium; got it totally overcooked. I asked the waiter to change it, they refused for a time. Flavor was just OK would never return to this place

Hard to find restaurant, east of the Hilton Garden Inn, on the opposite side of the main road, down a small back lane; our taxi driver found it after speaking with other drivers! Great ambience at comida time; the steak we shared was good, after a very good gazpacho soup. Skilled waiters, but a little rushed at peak time. Well patronized by... More

Very good restaurant, had lunch there. The service is top notch! the food is very very good, we tried many different plates which we shared and all were very good. The desserts too, the merengue with ice cream and cajeta was very good! you won't be disappointed in coming here!

Having spent a fair amount of time in Spain and being quite familiar with the central Castilla-La Mancha region where grilled meats and regional dishes are a point of pride, i was eager to try this restaurant during our recent visit. I would concur that it deserves a top rating here, starting with the original decor from Don Quixote country.... More
