Simple restaurant, pizzas are ok but not of another planet, let's say. The guy that makes the pizzas was not very friendly...... I prefer Minute Man pizza's from Chris, that's on another (higher) level.

Best pizza with quinoa base! Better than at home and all home made. Lots of options. Doesn't look the most fancy of restaurants but the pizza with quinoa base is excellent.

We had a nice Pizza Tonno with quinoa dough. Friendly staff, big pizzas and cheap drinks. Location is good as well. Perfect!

This restaurant is not one I'll be returning to. The service is subpar, it's like the waiter/owner didn't care if I chose his restaurant over another- no smiles, no friendliness, no good food. The cheese on the pizza did not taste like mozzarella. Try a different restaurant in Uyuni.

The pizza here may be good for a small place like Uyuni but it is nothing special and overpriced as far as pizzas in South America go. Pros; decent size, time to cook and ample ingredients but was quite soggy in the middle, not crispy on the crust and bacon could have been cooked more.

Not sure how this pizza can be rated well. Haven't tried the others in town but this pizza had not much taste and for sure one of the poorly ones ever eaten. In addition the prices are unfair. Sorry, but there is defnitly space for improvement.

The reason I haven't given more stars is the dough, it was under seasoned, and the pizza could have been cooked a little more to be a little more crispy. Service and ambience fine. Each familiar pizza is fairly large and suitable for one or two depending on apetitie.

This pizzeria was recommended to us by a tour guide and we were not disappointed. It is a nice little cosy restaurant. The service was prompt and friendly. They had menus in different languages to choose from. The pizza was the best I have ever had. We chose the quinoa Base. We went half (banana/pinapple/mozzarella with Curry powder)-out of curiosity!... More

This place made pretty decent pizza and I would believe that it is the second best (based on other tripadvisor reviews) in Uyuni. The customer service was very good and the pizza is made fresh and in plain site. The restaurant is basic with no wifi but it is a warm retreat for the weary traveller or you can take... More

Description
Welcome to the world's only quinoa based pizzeria! If not the only one anymore, we surely were the first J I, Fernando, run this family owned pizzeria, which is named after my grandmother. I have been making pizzas for the last 15 years, both here in Uyuni and in Sweden. Therefore, you can place your order in English, Swedish or Spanish. And of course, pointing at the menu also works :) Our pizza dough is based on the finest quinoa flour in the world. Quinoa is one of the most nutritious grains you can find - and it's free of gluten. We have received several awards for Don't miss our award winning pizzas!
