The one way I’ve discovered to test how warm a welcome *really* is, is to turn up on a motorcycle. Upon arrival, staff seemed sincerely friendly and hospitable. Food was good, unpretentious .... and we left happy. Definitely a place we will revisit, and already...More

Called in on the off chance on a Saturday evening, car park was full but we sat down straight away. Meals were excellent, my steak was cooked perfectly, service was spot on. Would highly recommend!

The staff were very friendly but I found the place not as upmarket as I'd expected from past experience when it was much more foody, admittedly years ago. It's a pleasant enough stop though but for me was a choice for the geographical location really.

Chosen by chance from places nearby and really enjoyed welcoming us and the dog's, good range of menu with mainly locally sourced produce .the Welsh black rib eye was tender and flavoursome and my wife really enjoyed her minted local lamb

Cannot say, because they advertise it as disable friendly because they have a wheelchair ramp but no disabled toilets for a wheelchair user. I was so disappointed as I was looking forward to the meal

Booked in for a table of 4 for their picnic benches.. they were more than accommodating when we asked to change numerous things to suit everyone’s tastes. The atmosphere of the inn is just gorgeous, perfect mixture of old and rustic to modern and light....More

We had a lovely lunch, in the quaint restraint but were disappointed that we could not have the indoor picnic as we had not realised we needed to give 24 hours notice. Our meals were nicely presented and very tasty. I had the mushroom risotto...More
