Visited here an evening mid-week in July. The beer garden is out of this world, what a view of the river and surrounding hills. I didn't eat here but the beer was good, Butty Bach Wye Valley. Plastic pint glasses to sit outside? I could...More

This pub is in a lovely location and the garden has beautiful view of the bridge. To keep the garden safe plastic glasses are used for outside drinks. Friendly pub worth visiting

Four of us ate here, starters of garlic mushrooms to die for , everyone enjoyed their mains too. Great pint of Butty Bach, nice atmosphere. Only small complaint was we were a bit cramped stuck in a corner in the restaurant area

Yes, the chips won the award for the soggiest chips so far this year, and I am fairly confident that the Brigend Inn won't be challenged for the prize. Often drive past and in the summer the pub is busy with noisy people sitting outside,...More

Lovely, friendly pub. Welsh lamb was amazing, really tasty. Sirloin steak was locally sourced, beautifully cooked and with real home made chips! Service was a little on the slow side but definitely worth the wait. Good value too.
