My parents went for an impromptu afternoon dinner. The food was appalling and could not be eaten £18 for fish and chips, and £17 for pie and potatoes, yes the cheaper meal was allegedly free!!! Doesn't matter how free it is if it can't be...eaten. Garlic mushrooms with no garlic mayo and so hard they couldn't actually eat them. Nothing frustrates me more than so called restaurants heating up meals in microwaves and then just plonking it onto plates!! Presentation goes a long way but equally so does food that you can actually eat. The Bill was a total of over £30, absolutely day light robbery. It would seem that the way abouts actually paying means that refunds are nigh on impossible to get as you pay before your so called meal comes out. Very clever. Oh and the person that said to my Mother ' I'm not going to argue with you' but still did nothing about the quality of the food. Please undertake some interpersonal training. Clean your staff up, get people who actually want to work in the kitchen and take some pride in your work. ThankyouMore

First of all I will admit we like coming here Normally it's nice...cheap and simple. But haven't been here for over a year and noticed the menu has been reduced . I understand alot of placs have reduced during covid but at least give a...decent selection range. The prices have been ridiculously high so really the 2 for 1 offer isn't effective. Average price for one dish is about £15 so if you think about it ... that's about right for two main dishes anyway. Who would pay £15 for hunters chicken? The quality was poor. Well my pizza was great but my wife lasagne was obviously microwaved and thrown in to a dish without making an effort. Her ' large salad' consists of 2 bits of cucumber.. 3 wedges of tomato and unwashed lettuce (which was replaced) Overall it was poor and im getting the impression they are recently new owners so the company should go in and train them. Plus the boy who welcomed us was chewing gum so should of guessed it would be a challenge from the start!More

Came for tea as a mid week treat. Service was amazing, advised of a better deal so we got more for our money! Staff were super friendly. Hadn't been for a while as always thought service let it down. Not anymore, will definitely visit again....Thanks, especially to Alex!More

Great service, good menu and offers, prices have increased but it's to be expected with the pandemic, and there was still an offer on which helped the price. Very tasty food, very happy and will be coming again.
