Called in for a late breakfast (10.30) before a trip to the beach. Fried or scrambled eggs on toast were available but I asked for poached. Now these aren't on the menu so when I was refused I accepted this and chose something else but...More

The staff could not have been friendlier and more charming! We stopped for a late light lunch with under 7's and 6 adults and all left with lovely full tummies from delicious pies and sandwiches, and smiles on our faces from the lovely staff!

We were amazed to find a great selection of gluten free savouries and cakes on the high street after being recommended here by a cafe down the street. The gluten free spinach pasty was pretty good and the lemon cake was amazing. The staff member...More

Over priced and no better than average. 2 slices of granary bread, a show of butter and a slice of plastic ham, poor value. It may have been fresh made to order but £4.50 - really. Never again.More

Sorry you were disappointed and we do take comments on board. I can only confirm that the bread was freshly baked that morning by a local and long established Master baker the ham is free range and also very local; in fact if you take...More

The outside appearance of this wonderful place does not to it justice! It's far from shabby but once you step inside & sew the amazing fresh food and meet the staff (who are wonderfully polite & helpful) you would expect the outside to be adorned...More
