We had a lovely service, good bread, grilled octopus nice, grilled small squid very nice, battered prawns and bacalao very good. Good white wine.

Good late evening family atmosphere in this lively bar restaurant. The free tapas with every round of drinks is a bonus. Miniature hamburgers made with a black pudding (mortacilla) filling are unmissable.

This is a no nonsense tapas bar - probably the best food of places offering tapas with a drink. Meat and seafood under the counter, choose what you want. It gets nicely cooked on a plancha. How can you go wrong?

In my opinion the best tapas bar in Nerja. No frills, just good food and drink in a great atmosphere. Can get busy in the evening.

For the Brits out there think decent pub grub done the Spanish way, bliss. Authentic Cruzcampo-led bar and tapas at the front and a larger dining room and terrace at the back, so don't despair if you can't see through the scrum off the street....More

Hi Debby. I would say yes you were overcharged as tapas are free as long as you are in the front bar and the drink is not that expensive. I would disagree that you were ripped off, I would say they made a genuine mistake. I... More

Most of the tapas are seafood. The clams and mussels are steamed and should not have gluten, nor should the chorizo. Much of the seafood, however, may very well have gluten. You can ask what items are cooked in flour... More
