Really liked the feeling I got when I entered the cafe. We were down visiting for the Mayo Dark Sky Party. They had a good choice of cakes all which seemed homemade which is important. I hate seeing cake you could have bought elsewhere. Would recommend paying here a visit if passing through Newport.

Stopped here whilst passing on Saturday morning. Please to report that it was busy, also great service & clean bathrooms. No problems at all.

After biking a section of the Greenway, my husband and I stopped in here for tea and a light lunch. Both were quite good. The salad was just what I was looking for. The service was efficient and very friendly.

Had the sausage rolls and lemonade. Was tasty and satisfying. Would recommend that you eat here for a little bite. Only problem was I did not understand some of the Gaelic on the menu.

There is a beautiful Victorian backyard with seats where you can leave your bicycle safe&sound. It's located in the main street of Newport along the greenway route.

Stopped here while doing a short bicycle trip on the Greenway. Tea and scones were a real treat. The staff were very engaging and friendly. This is a good place for a break from your Greenway cycle.

The perfect place to stop for a spot of lunch or afternoon tea. Lovely, cosy feel to the place, very friendly staff, wonderful owners. Everything is fresh and locally sourced, perfect black pudding and sausages, for example. The cakes are out of this world. Decent coffee and fine china cups to boot. Highly recommended for a stop for anyone in... More

We came here for lunch before a long cycle to Achill island and we're happy with the service and food available. It was reasonably priced, the atmosphere was cosy and it was a real traditional Irish setting. Highly recommend!
