If you want to be taken seriously then take your customers seriously! If you want to charge 36 for a steak then don't have your server come to your table in pigtails. Then demand ID. When clearly you are both over 40 and patrons of the hotel, where they have your records clearly indicating that. INSTEAD making you go search... More

If you stay at the Hotel, the Steak house is in the Crystal Ball Room. We had a very nice meal the one night we got to eat. The second night, it was booked with a wedding reception, so we did not get to eat there.

We stay at the Crescent quite often so were pleasantly surprised that they changed up the way they serve breakfast. You can order from the menu or choose one or two buffets. That's what we did and really enjoyed it. We had waffles with strawberries, biscuits and gravy, and best of all--the omelets made by Duane. He makes fantastic omelets... More

The food is excellent here. We have breakfast here each day with about anything you can imagine served. There is also a Sunday brunch that is quite nice.

The steaks were disappointing and overpriced. The restaurant is interesting , but the mediocre service, high prices and below average steak dinner will keep me from trying it again.

We had Caesar salads, good but way too much dressing. Then the grouper & veggie pasta-both were bland & unimpressive. Too pricey for sub par food.

We chose to dine here on Saturday night about 7 PM, only 3 tables with diners. We had to wait a long time for seating ??, then wait for drinks, then wait again for dinner order. Each wait was about 10 minutes or so. Food finally arrived and steak was burned and crispy on both sides. ( I ordered "... More

More than enough to fill your plate, and then some. We ordered the build yourself omlets and they were delicious! Add sausage links and fruit or a crescent roll to finish it off.
