Was in the area and thought i would try a pie after hearing they had the best pies. Had the curry chicken and steak and chilli, the curry chicken was full of curry with a jelly texture and very little chicken. The steak and chilli had a hint of chilli but where was the chunks of steak. No eftpos, what business these days has no eftpos, next time just drive past and stick to my local bakery for a pie.

I arrived in Sydney and wanted to explore beach towns. The concierge at Sofitel told me about an obscure hole in the wall that had Australia's best pies. He was right. Incredible baker in a hole in the wall in the middle of nowhere. Perfect individual savory pies for $4. Two tables outside but mostly takeout. Stay nearby at Southwest Guest House. Enjoy beach and surf
