Really good food, friendly staff good atmosphere. Unfortunately had to wait about an hour for our food (tacos only) which was surprising. Entrees came out super fast (just dips and chips).

We tried this new restaurant and were pleased with the food. I think they are still overcoming teething problems but the staff were friendly.
We will be back.

Went to the restaurant in a group of 8 for a booking at 715pm
They took our drink orders straight away and we were told to wait for our table to be cleared. Half an hour later we finally got seated and drinks came out an hour after we ordered
We didn’t get out mains till 930. My meal was more cold than hot. Staff were terrible and so was the food. Never again and don’t waste your time

We went on Saturday date night, looking for good food and casual dining.
We were seated quickly and given menus.
They took our drink order in a reasonable time however the drinks took a while to arrive. We ordered a cocktail and a beer, that arrived in a can.
We eventually ordered. Our order was taken but not written down so the waitress had to come back and check.
The entrees came in approx 15 min and were basic Mexican not packed with flavour just average. After we finished we waited a long while for our plates to be cleared, which weren't clear as our mains turned up.
It was awkward trying to fit all the plates and I had to grab my entree cutlery from the plate to eat my main. They did take the entree plates while leaving and I asked for another drink.
However then I realised they had gotten my order wrong. As my partners order was right we just ate it instead of waiting longer.
The meat in both dishes were cold and in clumps, the rice was also cold and in clumps and hard.
We finished our mains and my drink had not arrived and no one checked on us. We were a little out of the way and was hard to flag someone down. So we decided to cancel it pay and leave.
The food is basic
The service poor although polite.
Unfortunately we won't be back.

First time eating at Chimichangas. The food is tasty and has a great menu. Good range of cocktails the strawberry margarita is a hit! Love the vibe of the place and to top it off lovely staff. We will definitely be back.

So glad that one of our favourite places to eat is open for sit down dining again. Our group all enjoyed our meals and the friendly service. Love the dips and generous servings too.

We recently dined here and were pleasantly surprised. The cocktails were delicious and the tequila selection was extensive. The staff were super friendly and nothing was too difficult. Food was simple but tasty. Will definitely be back.

We ordered takeaway nachos expecting really good food but it was horrific they were tiny and had no food in it. It cost 50 bucks for four but couldn’t even feed one person. I’m expecting more from this restaurant we are really ticked off. The first time we went to chimichangas we ordered the exact same meal. Of course we were very pleased but this take away is horrible! Please don’t get nachos kids meal because you know what to expect!

We went here on Saturday night hoping for some great food. This place is new , and I'm hoping it might improve . We were seated quickly and given menus, and our order taken in a reasonable time. We had guacamole for starters and it was tasty and plenty for 2 people.
Hubby ordered Nacho's , I ordered Chicken Tortillas. The Nachos came out lukewarm , and the beef was in one big clump and was dry and tasteless. It looked like Cornchips had been thrown onto a plate and the beef was an after thought. My Tortilla was awful , the chicken was in perfect squares (like frozen chicken)and was hard in texture. I'm guessing it was microwaved. With no sauce , so dry to eat. When the waitress asked how our meals were, we told her politely that they weren't very nice. She apologised , and said she didn't cook them. She said she would pass it on to the Chef. I would be hard pressed to recommend this place unless they IMPROVE hugely. I hope they can improve as it is new, and out North we don't have a big variety of cuisine choices. Noise was also a big issue, there was a table of about 30 women who drowned out anybody else in the place.
