I had the moo goo gai pan and it was the worst I have ever had it was so void of flavor, it tasted like it was stir-fried in a slurry of cornstarch and liquid. My husband had the broccoli chicken and it had an excessive amount of sauce and it was overly sweet. The broccoli was high-quality and properly... More

I thought the food was just ok, but the service a bit indifferent. Clean, well lit, but not necessarily welcoming.

Each year when we are in Yuma and want Asian food (now that our favorite Cafe 95 is gone) we come to Asian Star. We have some friends that enjoy it also so we usually have dinner together. The food is always very good. We each order something different and share them. The coconut shrimp is always one of our... More

Had a late lunch here on Sunday. Food cost reasonable. WORST meal I have had in a long time. My chicken dish was stone cold, I did not receive a new dish, my food reheated in a microwave. Would I return? NEVER!

This is quick place to get some Asian food. Big portions and they always throw something free in when we order two dinners. Sushi is good, spouse always gets generals chicken, likes it. I love the steamed shrimp dumplings. No matter when we call it's 15-20 minutes or less when it's ready.

While heading to California we always make a stop in Yuma. This little restaurant in in a shopping center sort of non description building however when you find it you will enjoy the nice atmosphere, curteous service and great tasting food. portions are generous so you will probably have to take some home to enjoy again. Clean quiet and friendly... More

Always a good lunch with plenty of food. The lunch combos include soup of your choice and either fried or white rice, along with the entree and unless one has a big appetite there is always enough food left for a takeaway box. Service is good, however the servers are rather reserved...not friendly or unfriendly.

Loved the wonton soup and eggrolls, very freshly made. Had shrimp with vegetables and my son had chicken and broccoli. Both were very fresh and tasty. Have. Been here many times and never disappoints.

Ordered take out from here three times now. Never takes more than 20 minutes to be ready for pick up. They have a huge selection and we've never had anything bad. The French Kiss roll with mango is different but really good. Looking forward to trying some of the other dishes I haven't had before. Also the steamed shrimp potstickers... More

This is a multi cuisine establishment. In my opinion the many times I have eaten here the only food I like here is the sushi. Nothing taste authentic unless you have not eaten true Asia food from those countries one may consider it good. No restaurant can specialize in everything. The food here lacks authentic taste and flavor. I have... More
