We simply checked out reviews for great pizza in Scottsdale and found this gem. Food was spectacular. Our server Esther was phenomenal and her suggestions were spot on from my wine selection, pasta and pizza choice and finally deserts. So so happy we found it!!

A casual restaurant that provides simply the best pizza and very good pasta. They make their own pasta and pizza dough on site. Had a nice evening with great food and a delicious bottle of Chianti. All at a reasonable price. When back in Scottsdale. We will return.

My wife and I ate early evening and asked for the patio. It was not busy and service was just okay and not really friendly. The food was also just okay. I had the pasta instead of pizza which was not a wise choice on my part. We will not be going back either way.

There are a lot of pizza places in Scottsdale, but Pomo"s pizza seem to stand out from the rest!! It must be the fantastic crust or the wonderful varieties of pizza, or even the delicious salads!

We met our niece here when visiting Scottsdale in March. She had made a reservation. My husband and I shared a delicious salad with mango and chicken and a pizza. We had piazza to take home. Our niece had a gluten free pizza and remarked about how incredible it tasted. The waiter was very attentive and helpful.

We went with another couple and had a great meal. The salads were large and fresh! We each tried a pasta dish with 1 lasagna. All were perfectly prepared and delicious. The service was a bit slow but probably a result of a large active crowd. Fix the minor service issue and this a 5 star given the food is... More

Stefano is the congenial owner who obviously is passionate about not just serving great food but in a lively atmosphere. I always order one of their pizzas with meat and they are always excellent and large enough that I take a few slices home. My wife always has a pasta and it's always very good and a very generous portion.... More

We had high expectations, but were very disappointed. The pizza was just good, nothing special. This Naples certification just a bunch of hype. I'm Italian and have been to Italy and Pomo pizza would not even make my top 25 list. The pancetta on my pizza was all fat. All it added to my pizza was grease, because these pizzas... More

Description
‘Pomo Pizzeria Napoletana creates the truly authentic pizza experience utilizing the same simple methods that were practiced for hundreds of years in Napoli, Italy where pizza was born and perfected. Pomo's Pizza is produced according to the Neapolitan tradition where each pizza is a unique piece of art.
We combine the slow levitation method to produce our homemade dough, all natural ingredients, and the Blast-Cooking process for 60–90 seconds at 905°C on our wood burning oven imported from Italy to lock in flavors, natural aroma and moisture. This gives the pizza a soft and digestible crust, which is the signature style of a true Napoletana Pizza.
Our pizza is made from slow-rising sourdough with a minimum of 24 hours in the rising process.
We are proud to be the First and Only APN Associazione Pizzaiuoli Napoletani and VPN Verace Pizza Napoletana certified Restaurant in Arizona. We take Neapolitan pizza seriously and you will be able to tell with every taste.
