After a local recommend this restaurant to us, we cancel those reservations elsewhere and came to the mission. It was very lively and upbeat. The margaritas were excellent. Otherwise the review was not so good. We never did get chips and salsa while every other...More

This place has delicious table side guacamole w/ pepitas on top, and fabulous cocktails - good spot for dates and a night out with friends given the chic ambiance. However, for our out of town guests, it wasn't a match for those seeking a more...More

If you’re looking for a place for good Mexican food and atmosphere, this a good place to check out. It’s in a touristy area of Old Town but locals flock to it anyway. I go there often...

Liked the restaurant. It was funky and attractive, but inside was so dark I'm not sure how anyone could see their food. We sat outside in back and they had a large fan which kept us cool. The food was very tasty, but was overpriced,...More

Fantastic restaurant, incredible service! The guacamole was one of the best we’ve ever had. It was a little dark and difficult to read the menu but so worth it.

We went there based on the other TripAdvisor reviews but were very much disappointed. My glass of water had marks of lipstick from a previous customer, and so we had the waiter take it back. We had two taco dishes at the price of $14...More

We ate on the outdoor patio, so I wasn't really in a position to notice the inside seating area. Perhaps you should contact them and ask. Regarding the Scottsdale Old Town area, we also dined at Los Olivos. We were... More

Description
Old Town Scottsdale’s heart is beating to a Latin drum, now that The Mission has arrived and brightened the restaurant scene. Renowned Zinc Bistro Chef Matt Carter is now cooking up modern Latin cuisine blending influences from Spain, Mexico, Central America and South America. Home made Tortillas, Arepas, and Salsas are made fresh daily and all meats are prepared on a Plancha or a grill using pecan and mesquite wood that instills a rich flavor.
