STAY AWAY. (But only because we don't want to have to fight you for a table.) Small, Cajun/NOLA-meets southwest kind of restaurant in an old train depot. Food like you won't find anywhere else in the state, much less in Prescott. (Can you say "chicken...More

Visited with four friends. Had been by this place numerous times and formed a mental opinion that this would be an ok-good place but nothing exceptional. The building is an old house. The menu was beyond "standard" fare. A good variety appetizers and meat items...More

Away from downtown Prescott, this restaurant is in an old railroad depot built in 1894 by the Santa Fe, Prescott and Phoenix Railway, then moved to the current location in 1974. We went on Sunday for brunch, and I enjoyed the Breakfast Burrito (eggs, cheese,...More

We had never been to the Iron Springs Café but had heard nothing but excellent recommendations. We stopped in for dinner and it was excellent. They have a really good sounding menu - lots of Cajun dishes. However, everything we had was a special of...More

I have food allergies. Black Pepper is one. Their menu had several items that sounded very good but each had black pepper in the prep. Even the hamburger was already seasoned. A fried veggie sandwich was suggested but not my type of food. Nothing else...More

Call of the three of us, I actually got to see the three items I was most likely to Porter on the menu. The fish and chips were quite good, but were a special today. The coleslaw had a better vinegar that I found decidedly...More

This restaurant is a treasurer. Everything was homemade and delicious. Red pepper soup was the best we have ever had. Fish tacos were freshly prepared. And the best was the prickly pear margaritas. They make their own margarita mix and it was delicious.

Iron Springs Cafe is not open for dinner. They close at 2:00 p.m. every day. They do have a great Sunday brunch.
