Wonderful place. First visit...you get a 4, 5 or 6 course meal. We all had the 5 course. Just an absolutely fantastic experience. Each course was on point, artfully presented and delicious. Our server Robert was knowledgeable, pleasant and efficient. He and his fellow team members took great care of our table. No complaints at all.

When I arrived to meet friends for dinner by car service my driver was not sure where to park or where to drop me off. As he drove slowly in what appeared to be the parking lot trying to navigate the drop off point a lady came out screaming at him asking where he thought he was going. When he... More

Heard and read how this was good so we tried it. Disappointed, food service was good but this place has spent nothing to upgrade anything. Totally overpriced in comparison with like restaurants Tables and chairs in poor shape restrooms embarrassing. This is completely overrated old and outdated. Would not recommend will not return.

Quiescence has been on our list of restaurants for a long time and we finally had the chance to go in celebration of my husband's birthday. We had a fabulous experience! They have an a la carte menu as well as a 5 or 6 course chef's tasting menu with optional wine pairing for each course. We opted for the... More

We made reservations at Quiessence for an early Valentine's Day dinner on Saturday, Feb. 11. While we have frequented Quiessence over the years and have always considered it a very nice place for special occasions, we encourage anyone who has put the $50 deposit down for their Valentine's Day dinner to CANCEL IT IMMEDIATELY TODAY while you can get your... I used to go often under the previous chef and was curious how it is now. We were four and all had the five-course tasting menu. The setting is still stunning and the veggies are still fresh, often local, and super tasty. But the service was slow and the back room was chilly (although I requested twice to turn on... More

I use words for my living, and I can't find adequate ones to describe the perfection of my experience at Quiessence last night (12/29/16). It starts with the drive in - the entry was lit up beautifully, and we went past two other restaurants there on our way to the parking lot. We were a bit early, so my siblings... More

On December 14, around 7:00 pm, my husband and I were at the Farm for the first time. I looked on the website and was able to enjoy the beautiful decor and thought it would be a great time for us. We ate dinner at home with our children so we were not very hungry and just wanted to enjoy... More

Such wonderful, relaxing place for a special occasion. The food, staff and location are above reproach. You would think you were in a remote location but the reality is you are only minutes from the airport and downtown Phoenix. It is very close to a European dining experience. Definitely a must try and we will return. Oh don't hesitate to... More

Eating at the Farm was a genuinely amazing experience. Located in the urban sprawl that is Phoenix is a lovely old farm house on at least 20 acres. Set back from any road in any direction, Quiessence felt like being out in the country while we were only 15 minutes from our hotel in upscale Northern Phoenix. So, primarily the... More

Description
The flavors of Arizona terroir will shine through our dishes prepared with a contemporary spin on traditional and classic culinary techniques. Sourcing from the surrounding fields and local farms, Quiessence will utilize ingredients from the neighborhood. The chef only has to walk down the street to admire Vineyard Road lambs which will be prepared in a variety of ways. In addition to the produce Maya grows at The Farm, our sister restaurant The House will also be providing vegetables and herbs from their Secret Garden. The chef and his team will create a truly unique "garden to table" experience. The local ingredients allow us to enhance the natural flavors without complicating the dishes. Don't be surprised if your server asks you to take a walk through the garden to cut herbs or edible flowers for one of your upcoming courses.

Quiessence will offer an A la Cart Menu, a Family Feast Tasting Menu and our signature Brick Oven experience. The refined rustic menu will include house made breads, fromage, handcrafted pastas and local produce from The Farm at South Mountain and other Valley farms. The American and Arizonan wine list will be accompanied by an international reserve list designed to pair with the balance of the cuisine. With that in mind the team will still prioritize all Arizona Regional Products which includes our Arizona Wine Country.
