would have given them a 5 but ordering food is very slow, one register, and kithchen is small. This is a restaurant-Bakery, no beer or wine. Had the Lamb and rice, which was excellent. The Lemonade was tasty, and the Pita was good. visit if you are not iin a rush. Only a few miles from downtown.

Stopped for a quick lunch while in Phoenix for an appointment. Chicken gyro, kabob and humus all Fantastic. Building and atmosphere crowded and nothing to look at, but well worth the inconvenience. Very Authentic and tasty. Great service.

For those who need gluten free pita, this is the place and there are options. Call ahead to see if they are fresh that day. Otherwise, they have a great freezer selection of gluten free pitas and spreads. Can't recommend this place enough.

Came here for lunch after landing in Phoenix. While the place looks authentic, the food is barely edible. My wife ordered the shawarma pita sandwich and I ordered the falafel plate. She could barely eat hers because the lamb was so fatty and chewy. And the pita bread - I think you could find better in the frozen food section... More

Better than you'd expect... This place isn't much to speak of from the outside but the owner is friendly and care is out into every plate of food. This is one of my must stops when traveling through PHX.

We had seen this restaurant reviewed on the TV show, "Check Please AZ" and are so glad it was brought to our attention. It is not appealing either from the outside or environment inside. However, the food makes up for the decor. We ordered two sandwiches: Falafel and the Baba Ganouj. We both really liked the latter, which is an... More

We've been here several times and the food has always been great. It seems like the entire family must work here, they are always so friendly. Great selection of Middle Eastern foods both from the deli and grocery areas. This is our go to place for Middle Eastern take out.

I really enjoyed my take-out from Middle Eastern Bakery & Deli. The kabob plate was delicious and tabbouleh salad was flavorful and moist. My only real complaint is the lack of "single-sized" sampler platters on their menu. The food was delicious and service fast. I would definitely recommend this restaurant when the urge for when a taste of the Mediterranean... More

I saw this restaurant on an episode of Check Please Arizona and I was excited to try it. When we walked into the restaurant, we noticed an extensive grocery aisle, complete with spices, beans, and condiments. We ordered our food and sat down. The food was ok, not what I was expecting it to be. It was kind of bland... More
