My wife and I had not been out to eat for awhile and had a gift card for Claim Jumper. I always remembered the meat loaf and their shoestring fries. When we were seated, it seemed quite some time before anyone came over to welcome us or even to get a drink order. Finally a nice young man introduced himself,... More

Wow what great place, sat at the bar and my bar tender was 1 in a million. We engage in great conversation about comeback cities, Detroit and what was going on in the local scene. Food was great with a good beer selection made it a great even on the road.

This chain restaurant is at the far end of a shopping mall right off the 101 and I-17 freeways. Extensive menu, there were lots of items I wanted. Ended up with half order of ribs and it was a good choice. Baked potato was good. Roasted veggies came with and they were not good, and looked awful on the plate.... More

Ate at the Claim Jumper restaurant in Phoenix last week with family. The service we received was simply outstanding! We were advised to make reservations on a Friday evening but were pleased it was no wait and not too crowded. The food was good, I had the absolut tortelloni for dinner and was quite pleased. I had the red velvet... More

Good place to meet friends. Wide variety of food and drink choices. The dessert was obnoxious in size.

Service was Great. The waitress did not push when we stated we wanted to visit before eating and yet was attentive. The appetizer of potato skins took a while to get to us and then were cold in the middle. But OK. The salads we had were excellent. No room for dessert tho.

Service is usually hit and miss but overall ok. They have a great salad selection and a great drink menu. I love their Wedge Salad and the Black Tie Chicken Pasta.

My husband and I stopped at 2:30 for a late lunch. We had to wait quite awhile for anyone to notice us. Once seated Mike was very pleasant and attentive. Great ribs with real mashed potatoes and roared vegetables. The garlic cheese bread was a nice surprise. We got a huge piece of carrot cake to go.

I tried the jambalaya it was yummy! big portion with enough beef, chicken and shrimp. While the friends were busy ordering sandwiches. I got disappointed with the strips of calamari due the price and the portion so don't bother with this appetizer. Good coffee. Good service.

We had dinner here last Friday night with friends. It went downhill from the drinks; blue moon and bud light were both flat. The waitress took them back and the manager came by. He apologized and said he'd look into it. He came back and said the taps were fine and he'd send new drinks. This time beers came in... More
