I ordered the Artichoke Chicken Pita on 12/26/16 at 5:50pm and contracted severe Salmonella poisoning by 9:00pm that night. I did not eat anything else that would have caused this, other than this food. As a medical provider, I strongly advise consumers avoid this restaurant. I reported this restaurant to the Maricopa County Environmental Services

Best damn Greek food I have ever ate. And I come from the Chicagoland area and this tops anything in Chicago

We have dined here many times over the years. It is always consistently good, friendly and inexpensive. We had the Double Gyro platter, which is plenty of food for two. It comes with two pitas, a mound of beef (or chicken), sauce, onions, tomatoes and is delicious. We also had baklava. One order is plenty for two people and it... More

As Gyros go, this is an excellent choice all around. The meat is top quality and the special spread is fantastic. The service is friendly, efficient and the eating area is clean. Don't forget the baklava, it melts in your mouth and is delicious. The fries and onion rings are a bit greasy but for a rare treat very good.... More

The gyro consisted of a pita, good tasting gyro meat, a few thin slices of onion, a couple half-sliced of tomato, and some very thick, bland sauce. It was actually kind of gross. I ordered a gyro and an artichoke chicken sandwich to go, got two gyros. There were only four customers in the restaurant: two in front of me... More

Gyro was ok, they put very little tziziki sauce on it so I bought more was a little 2.5 ounce cup half filled. Girl at the counter left her personality at home. When I walked in she just looked at me. A little greeting would have been appreciated. She was so bored and monitone I had to ask her 3... More

Last night, I finally decided to try a little joint behind Chase Bank in the Safeway shopping center on Elliot Rd. and 48th St. The place is named "Niro's Giros", it's been there in the same location for around 20 years and I ignored it until yesterday, figuring that if it's been there that long, the food must be pretty... Great gyros and quick service is what this place is about. Very simple furnishings inside, I always get the food to go.

Stopped in for lunch, having a Gyro craving. Ordered Gyro and Fries along with Gyro and Greek Salad. Great Gyro, lots of meat, very tender.... though a bit under seasoned compared to Gyros I have had in the midwest. The pita bread was soft yet not chewy. Just enough sauce on the Gyro so as not to drip everywhere. A... More
