On a recent trip to Payson, Arizona with friends, my husband came across this cafe rated highly in Trip Advisor. Looking for a place to eat a very late lunch we decided to give the 260 Cafe a try. We could not have picked a better cafe. The food was outstanding! The split pea soup was one of the best... More

Amber was our server, and she was top notch. We didn't realize we had come in shortly before closing, but she encouraged us to stay as long as we wanted. The grilled cheese sandwich I had was perfect: grilled just the right amount of time, and the cheese and other special goodies inside were in perfect quantity. The fries were... More

Friendly staff, cooked to order food and down home experience. Omelettes are large and full of goodies - I get the "Piggy" (ham, bacon, sausage and cheese! Good price and Monkey Bread to die for!!

Two people dined here, but two people had different results. The breakfast burrito with bacon and a fried egg was griddled and crispy and loved by one of the diners. The other diner had a worse experience with the veggie omelette. There was something off with this dish - the veggies seemed stewed and the has browns were crispy, but... More

Driving to Phoenix from Holbrook, AZ. We stopped at Ms. Fitz 260 Cafe and so glad we did. We ordered the mixed berry and it was so so good. So glad we stopped here.

If you're looking for starched tablecloths and coffee cups that match...keep driving. If you want good food and friendly employees then you've come to the right place. It's an older restaurant that's been in existence since forever so you might find a piece of duct tape on the seats here or there. The place is clean and the food is... More

It had been a while since going here for breakfast, but we stopped there yesterday. And I have to say I now want to go back! They have traditional breakfast dishes, but with twists that made everything VERY good! My husband had the Huevos Rancheros, which at first looked like it wouldn't be good, but he said was VERY good.... More

We stopped here for breakfast while traveling through Payson. The wait staff was excellent, attentive and quick. Food was ok, not great but this was a small restaurant and was very busy. Had stopped at other breakfast places in Payson and this one is about the same.

Great omelette and great service... Friendly locals place. Worth a stop if you are passing through. Place is old and driveway to back lot is like a country road, but the EMTs stopped here so you know it's good food.

This throwback diner is one of the few places left that offers traditional American breakfasts at a good price. I rarely visit Payson without eating here and will continue to do so as long as this place and it's warm staff are still doing what they do.
