Ken never quits improving, something new to see every visit. Great place to take visitors to experience the Arizona desert. A must see!

A wonderful place to spend a Saturday or Sunday in the winter, The food is basic grill and the beer is cold and plentiful. The live music is always enjoyable and the people are mostly snow birds and ready to party.

We had been hearing about this VERY Out Of The Way outdoor restaurant, bar and entertainment venue five miles off highway 95 of rough, slow going dirt, dust, rocks and gravel. Not an easy drive for the faint of heart, but well worth the five mile 20 minute ride. The outdoor, venue is uniquely rustic, with good food, and lively... More

My 78 year old aunt drive us out here on a cold Saturday afternoon. We loved the atmosphere, the wait staff and the view. Hamburgers were fine and so were the drinks. We will return when we visit Lake Havasu again.

WOW, certainly an experience but not to be repeated by me! If you are an avid 4 wheeler or Jeep rider getting there is going to be a lot easier. Dirt washboard road for about 10 or more miles to get way out in the desert. There were a hoard of people when we arrived and more coming in when... More

The Nellie Desert Bar is the place to go and hang out in the desert when in the Quartzsite / Parker area. Just to experience the rough off road to get there and then to see the place run solely off solar panels it cool in itself. The pulled pork sandwich and the tri tip sandwich are to die for........ We like to sample something different each time we visit The Desert Bar. This time it was for the TriTip sandwich on the lower level. We had it "loaded" with grilled bell peppers and onions at the recommendation of our order taker. WONDERFUL! Well worth the trip down the stairs. Make certain you request a fork to get every delicious... More

Food options are limited and nothing special. Don't like beer, so can't review. However, this is such a unique place, out in the middle of nowhere, we found it on our 4 wheeler, but went back with friends another time. There was a band there from San Diego, who were great.

A nice short dessert drive and a fun afternoon. The place is large but rather short on parking because of so many people enjoying themselves. It was a good time and I would definitely go back. Live music but you have the option of sitting outside the area where they are playing or in the other bar. Ladies, beware, outdoor... More

The desert bar is out in the middle of nowhere. It is a huge place and can probably seat 200 or more patrons at a time. Burgers were good, beer was cold and the road out there was long, rough, hot, and dusty. The "chapel" was something to see! Worth the long drive, for sure.
