Puerto Madryn is not a food lovers paradise. This place was the best we ate in town. I had grilled fish in black butter and capers and my husband had fish baked with tomato and prawns. Any longer and the fish would have been overcooked but it was served just in time. The side order of spinach was a bit... More

We had dinner. Steak in creamy Sauce with garlic which was not much but very good. And prawns with garlic and tomato sauce which were really not good. The sauce was very bitter, I guess the garlic was too long fried. But it was a lot of prawns. Service was ok. Menu in Spanish or English.

We turned up to the restaurant mid afternoon, it was pretty quiet. We wanted a light lunch, nothing big. Everything we wanted on the menu they said they didn't have, so we just asked for a beer each and then we were going to find another place. We were told that we had to leave because we had to get... wanted a taste of local food, and cold beer. Imperial Beer is really good. They feature sea food, and it was stronger than what we are used to in the USA.

Located on the sea front, almost next door to the Hotel Peninsula Valdez, this is a pleasant diner themed restaurant with an eclectic menu, good service and an extensive wine list. Lots to like and no obvious downside.

Did not regret to have a dinner out here. The food was properly prepared, the waitress was awake - and the interior created a good mood. Trendy toilets as well.

During our 3 days in Puerto Madryn we went there 2 times. Ambigu is very close to the hotel and looked very nice and it did not disappoint us. At the first night my husband and I had a delicious pasta with shrimps and my son ate a huge steak with rustic fries. On our second visit we had a... More
