This is a popular eatery and we were lucky to get in at short notice. There is an extensive menu but they are re known for their steaks. Portions are large and tasty. It is a large and lively eatery but the service is good.

The menu at La Rueda is pretty much the same as at the other higher end restaurants in town, like Surubi and Dorado (local fish), with a friendly staff and a nice locale. Give it a try when in town.

This restaurant was recommended to me by my hotel so I decided to check it out. The owner was quick to welcome me and make me feel at home. When I went, the place wasn't very crowded but it took the waiter a bit of time to make his way to my table. This is Argentina so I'm used to... More

This was at best an ok experience. We waited for 1 hour to get our steaks and we had to give them back because they were far away from medium rare. We also had Gnocchi which were excellent. The open wine is not drinkable.

We arrived here not having reserved a table, and we were seated after a wait of only 5 minutes (together with a free soft drink) on the outside balcony. Whilst it's a relative large restaurant inside it has an intimate atmosphere. We had a selection of home made breads with blue cheese dipping sauce, suburi fish stuffed with mozzarella and... More

We all took the filet mignon but we tried different sauces. The meat was excellent and perfectly cooked, and the portion are huge. We went early in the night (around 6pm) and the place was quiet. They have high chair for babies. Service was good but again the place was almost empty and was only getting full when we left.... More

We dined here our first night in Iguazu (of four) and planned to come back our last night (but found one we liked more). The service was excellent, Malbec selection/recommendation was spot on and the steak was perfectly done. The atmosphere is warm and rich, this would be a good 'date night'. A great introduction to dining in Iguazu!

Usually have a very long wait list, but it's worthed. You can really experience the local food, and the deserts are just amazing. It's a very cozy and beautiful place.

We spent almost two hours in the restaurant and that was not because we wanted to, but because the food never showed up. We had time to get bored in the restaurant and that's because I love to eat out. When the food finally came it was bland, almost tasteless. I'll never come back.
