The hotel restaurant is undergoing renovation and they are in temporary quarters that has all the ambiance of a downtown bus station. The lights were very bright and the blaring music further amplified the problem with the setting. The menu was very limited ( five choices- steak, trout, beef ravioli and 2 other forgettable options. I had the ravioli and... More

Located in the Windsor hotel, 2 blocks from Azur hotel, its under renovation which might have affected the experience. The "present" restaurant had lighting that was bright and clinical like, doubtful music and OK staff. Menu was limited to 2 starters and 4 main courses so choices are clearly limited. Price however didn't seem to take any of these inconveniences... More

I am just back from Sibaris. The place is just excellent for typical Argentinean beef. My waiter was a gentleman. It is somewhat expensive relative to other restaurants in Córdoba, but it is more than worthwhile. My only complaint is to myself. I wanted to pay part with cash part with card. Since my waiter did not speak English, he... More

The restaurant is located in a hotel that is a bit dated but under construction. You would never know walking by that this restaurant is fantastic. The decor of the restaurant is has a retro 80's feel to it. The food and the service however is as close to perfect as you can get. I highly recommend dining here.

Took my wife here for our 20th anniversary, I had been hearing from various friends how good this place was, and they were all correct. The wine selection is top notch, and the food that we had was amazing. Waitstaff was excellent. We loved it, and will be coming back!

We stayed three nights at the Windsor and ate at Sibaris every night because it was so good. First, service was truly excellent. They have a somewhat limited menu, but each dish we had was wonderful. We split their "complete" salad and one was plenty for two people. The tenderloin dinners were superb. I also tried the braised lamb and... More

This was the best steak dinner I've had my entire life. Steak was cooked exactly as I ordered it. The wine, appetizer, and service were also excellent.
